Description
What this service does The Siemens MSV80 DME runs the BMW N51/N52N/N52K six. Two known internal failures: a persistent misfire (often cylinders 4-6) that returns after new coils/plugs, and a weakness in the valvetronic output stage that can leave the car disabled or refusing to start. We repair your own unit with upgraded components and return it ready to refit – it stays your original DME, so VIN, mileage and keys are untouched and there’s no coding.
Fits: N51 / N52N / N52K (2.5L & 3.0L) – 3 Series E90/E91/E92/E93, 5 Series E60, X5 E70, 1 Series E82/E88, Z4 E89, roughly 2006-2014.
