What this service does

You ship us your Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS) and one working key. We program a new key against your vehicle’s security data, laser-cut the blade to match your existing key or lock and post the complete kit back to you ready to use.

  Built 2016 or later? Almost certainly FBS4 (dealer-only for keys) — but we can still do module/ECU work.

What you ship us

• Your EIS module (removed from the steering column)
• One working original key
• If All Keys Lost – The door barrel for decoding and cutting manual key

We provide the shipping address and a packing checklist in your order confirmation email.

Turnaround

Express return shipping included. Total door-to-door is typically 2–4 business days depending on your state.

What’s NOT included

• FBS3 vehicles only. FBS4 (2016+ models like W205/W213/W222) requires Mercedes dealer programming — see our FBS3 vs FBS4 guide
• Removal of the EIS from your vehicle — workshop or DIY required
• On-site vehicle work — this is a mail-in service only
